GEARX, founded in 2001, specialized in the supply of large-sized gear products, mainly focus on the design, manufacture, sales as well as related services of girth gears, including cast steel girth gear, ductile iron girth gear and welded structural girth gear with a maximum diameter of 16 meters and the highest accuracy could reach AGMA 10 or GB6. Our manufacturing base include casting factory, heat treatment factory and machining factory, relying on the strong smelting, casting, heat treatment and machining capabilities of the manufacturing base, we can provide the service of producing 900 tons molten steel, casting 700 tons steel ingots, manufacturing 600 tons cast steel parts and 450 tons forged steel parts in one go.
The products we supply is with a maximum diameter of 16 meters, a maximum height of 18 meters, and a maximum length of 40 meters. GEARX is able to provide integrated solutions and one-stop services of large-size gear products, casting products from blank to finished products for users in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, shipbuilding, petroleum, forging, ceramics, water conservancy, and bridges worldwide.
